GRACE??

If poverty were a lab where the rich were to learn their lessons on how selfish we are and to experiment with attitudes that are considered inconsequential or even harmful to the self, then possibly we could come up with  some meaningful solutions to poverty. Gandhi did these experiments in his life on a grand scale and got grand results but the world did not endorse his mechanisms for solutions. Taming the self seems to be the key but the strength comes not from within but through Grace. Unfortunately Grace is also in severe short supply.
